


ABOUT REIKI SESSIONS
Our In-Person Reiki Sessions in my office in Aventura, Florida. You remain clothed while laying face up on a massage table, after first talking about your current energy states and how you would like to see yourself healing. You will start to feel relaxation right away and your job is just to lay there and quiet your mind. The healer will move to various positions around your body and lightly rest or hover her hands above your body. Many people sense heat coming from her hands. Many people feel meditative and have spiritual thoughts. Sometimes, emotions are needed to be released and you may feel the sensation to cry. Your healer will support you in whatever comes up for you. Even if you experience emotions, clients say it feels really good and better after release. A reiki session is a relaxation session, where you deepen your connection to yourself.
Post Reiki Session:
Post sessions are different for everyone. If your body needs more resting, you may find yourself tired after a session. Sometimes, you are full of energy. Each time howeer, you will be sensitive to the world around you. I suggest being in nature and not beingin a stressful environment post reiki. The Reiki likes to stay in the air and many clients will feel that they receive it even after the practitioner stops sending it.
